What an amazing team they have here! Everyone from the front desk lady all the way to the billing department and surgical suite was reassuring and thoughtful. The surgery went smoothly and they did everything they could to ensure it was as pain free as possible. My son was home from college to have his wisdom teeth removed. We walked in on Wednesday for consult before extraction. Questions and concerns addressed regarding sinuses and recovery. Instructions provided for care and providing food. Later that evening we seemed to have a lot of bleeding. Dr. Babston called that same evening to follow-up and advise regarding that the bleeding should decrease otherwise he advised to call him back. This was so reassuring as a parent and customer that he took extra time to check back in with a first time patient. I was put to sleep, and woke up with the procedure done. When Laura mentioned that Dr. Babston would be calling later after my appointment to check in to make sure I was okay, I didn’t believe her. I thought at most it would be a staff member or automated phone call. Nope. Dr. Babston himself called to check in.
