The staff was very welcoming and informative. This practice does the most to make sure you are comfortable. This is my second visit for teeth extraction and since they were bottom teeth i was given a powerful numbing agent for a painless ride home along with helpful medications for easy healing. I live in the Pensacola area and it is well worth the trip.10/10

This is the Doctor you want. This practice runs like clockwork from the second you walk in until you’re done and ready to go home. Very friendly and efficient staff. I called on 1/9/25 with two bad teeth. They had me in and taken care of the next morning. Very little pain and Dr. Babston even called that night to check on me. These guys are all 10 stars.

Staff that I interacted with were polite and respected trans identity, and the wisdom tooth extractions were breezy. Hardly any discomfort or pain post surgery, assuming it was due to a great surgeon.

My wife had 2 of her wisdom teeth removed here today and couldn’t be happier everyone is super friendly the doctor an his team made her very comfortable considering she had to be awake(due to being 7 months pregnant )he talked her threw the whole procedure it took longer to numb her mouth than it did for him to remove the teeth hands down the best dental experience

I'm a retired military veteran who had a root canal go bad by another dentist. I was admitted to the hospital, where Dr. Babston was the attending surgeon. my jaw was very badly swollen and infected. Dr babston came to my room, explained the procedure, showed me the scans of the infected area answered all of my questions and set my mind at ease. After the surgery, healing went very well.Dr babston, is the best at what he does, he's comfortable to be around and has your best health and interests in mind. Thank you Dr. Babston.

Let me start by saying, I truly can not say ENOUGH about Dr. Babston and his staff. I was a patient of his when he was at a different office on Grelot Rd and will continue to be a patient as long as I live in a few hundred miles radius if the need were to arise.Over the weekend, I experienced a dental emergency, unfortunately these were not simple extractions. I was able to reach out to Dr.Babstons office on Sunday and he got back with me within a few hours, and told me to come first thing this morning and he would fit me in.We arrived shortly after opening, I had prefilled out some patient forms that are readily available online, then had a few more pages to fill out on arrival. They made sure I knew what I was being charged for in an itemized estimate, gave me options. They were SO welcoming.When it came my time to go back, again the staff in the back were extremely welcoming, explained absolutely everything throughout the entire process. They got me set up and ready for treatment to start. My IV was quick and painless. Dr. Babston came in shortly thereafter and asked if I was ready to start. As someone with anxiety, I trust him and his team entirely, they made sure I was comfortable, calm, and pain free the entire appointment.I woke up after treatment was completed, and I was in absolutely no pain. You really can't ask for more when it comes to Babston Oral surgery from cleanliness to kind staff, to ensuring I was in no pain, the ease of the entire process from the very beginning all the way to the end.I will ALWAYS choose his team and himself when oral surgery is necessary. You should too.I am, about 4 hours post op, still mostly numb and very happy that I'm not longer in agonizing pain.

I cannot express enough how wonderful Dr.Babston and his team are. My 11-year-old son, who is terrified of needles and the dentist, needed to have 5 teeth extracted. We were in and out of their office within an hour, and my son experienced ZERO fear due to the calmness exhibited by the team. Thank you, Dr. Babston, Carrie, and the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I just want to say, I just had the most pleasant experience over the phone with the receptionist. This was the most incredible definition of customer service I've experienced in a VERY LONG time. If I could have given this lady an award right then for having the best disposition that a representative could have for a company, she would have earned it. She truly was thoughtful, considerate, pleasant, professional, and whatever kind word I could give her. I was truly amazed and I haven't even visited the place yet. But, I had to just praise this receptionist because she was outstanding. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but it was around 3:20pm when I called, so I hope her staff see this and see how valuable she is.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Very professional staff, from the front desk to the dental assistant. I was nervous having a wisdom tooth extracted while pregnant but Dr. Babston did an amazing job. Everything was quick and he put me at such ease. Looking forward to coming back for future dental needs.

I recently had to undergo surgery for a tooth that was abscessed. Dr. Babston and his team were excellent. The procedure was explained and carried out flawlessly. At a time when so much of our medical resources seemed to have diminished this group gives me hope that things will eventually improve. I highly recommend Babston Oral Surgery.

I was in a terrible spot where I had to be worked in and when I contacted Dr Babston’s office, they had me in the next day. Everyone in the office was so nice and after my surgery, Dr Babston emailed to see how I was. I did not experience the first pain and was up and going the next day. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks 🙏
