Caring, patient and professional staff.

The entire staff was kind to and gentle with my 6yo son. The office called to check up on him after his surgery and answered all of our questions. Also, they have a great playlist in the waiting room 😅 it’s an all-around personable place.

I had the best experience getting my wisdom teeth removed from calling and setting up to leaving afterwards. I called in the morning and was able to get a consult and have surgery that same day! Very professional and very patient with me! I was so nervous but they reassured me in every way! Dr. Babston even called and checked on me later that night to check on me and told me to call him with any concerns or questions. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone!

From beginning to end, which wasn't long for oral surgery, it was the best experience ever. Clean, inviting, knowledgeable, friendly, calming, I could go on. Plus the personal phone call from Dr. Babston to see how I was recovering. I would definitely recommend Babston Oral Surgery with no hesitation to everyone. The whole staff is Amazing.

10/10!!! I was a nervous wreck. From them explaining what to expect, to talking to the nurse staff, to Dr Babston personally calling to check on me, I really appreciate such great service. I still can't fathom how and when I was put to sleep. I'm truly grateful 🙏🏾 and I will always recommend BOS! This my daughter we talked about who has Autism.

Dr. Babston and staff were excellent From check-in to check out. Appointment time was perfect with no waiting. The consultation was clear and concise, and they answered all my questions. Set up was quick and painless. Dr. Babston checked on me personally in the evening to make sure everything was good. I would definitely recommend Dr. Babson and his staff to all in the future. Mr. Michael Babston done such a good job on pulling out my daughter’s wisdom teeth. The staff was very friendly and nice. He even called that night to check on her. I would refer him to anybody that needs teeth pulled. Great Job

My visit to Dr. Babston’s office was a great experience. ALL of his staff was so friendly and helpful. My extractions were painless and I had no problem afterward. I do not like dentist visits but I would not hesitate to visit Dr Babston again when the need arises. Thank you Dr. Babston AND staff. You are wonderful!!!!

Even as a 73 year old man, I still am uneasy when I go to a dentist/oral surgeon. From the time the ladies out front greeted me, I began to mellow out. Everyone was so very nice and friendly which put my mind at ease. Dr. Babston performed a nearly painless and quick surgery! The only pain was from the initial deading shot, after that...no pain! If I need oral surgery again, I will absolutely go back to Dr. Babston! In the mean time, I will encourage my family and friends to use his services! Without a doult, other than having to have surgery, this was a good and pleasant experience.

The staff at Babaton Oral Surgery are very professional and attentive in everything they do. From the front desk receptionist to the anesthesiologist. I was heard and validated through all of my concerns and worries. This was my first oral surgery so I was nervous beyond belief. I was reassured from everyone that I would be taken care of and I felt that. My experience was very smooth. If I ever need anything done again, I will definitely be back.

I got all 4 wisdom teeth pulled the wait wasn’t long at all once i got to the back I was put to sleep and everyone made sure i was comfortable within 30 minutes all 4 of my wisdom teeth were out!! I haven’t been in any pain at all after the procedure 10/10 great work everyone!!!

Probably one of the best places I have been to. I genuinely feel bad for those who live too far away or used someone else.

I had an unpleasant experience with another local Oral Surgeon’s office before I even went and I am so thankful I did. If you want an extremely friendly staff, a surgeon who is a straight shooter, and insanely fast procedure, don’t go anywhere else. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, which the bottoms were completely sideways. His staff called him a “tooth pulling machine” and they weren’t lying. My appointment was scheduled for 11am and I was being escorted to the car right at 12! The procedure took less time than it took to fill out patient paperwork… The chair was very comfortable, and if you struggle with anesthesia anxiety, they make it effortless! The night post surgery, he personally calls you to check in and see how you are doing.

And the best part? You can text him directly after hours if you have any concerns or issues! One of the most personal doctors I’ve experienced. Don’t go anywhere else.

Called the office 03/11 explaining the pain i was having with a wisdom tooth and was able to come in 03/12 for removal. I was very anxious and this office was so pleasant, reassuring, and helpful to keep me calm. I highly recommend!

Dr. Babston and staff are nothing short of outstanding. I have had three of my children have teeth pulled at Babston Oral Surgery and service was impeccable each time. Driving from Baldwin County to Mobile is no big deal when the service and care is top-notch. Front office staff are friendly and will greet you as soon as you walk in. They work quickly and are knowledgeable when it comes to any questions you may have. The nursing/assistant staff is purely delightful and they make the visit as easy-breezy as possible. They always made my children feel at ease and less intimidated. Dr. Babston is just a joy. I trust him with my children and their safety 100%. I know they’re in good hands when I leave them for surgery. He also calls to check on each patient personally - just an added bonus. I highly recommend Babston Oral Surgery to all of Mobile, Baldwin, & surrounding counties.

The staff was very welcoming and informative. This practice does the most to make sure you are comfortable. This is my second visit for teeth extraction and since they were bottom teeth i was given a powerful numbing agent for a painless ride home along with helpful medications for easy healing. I live in the Pensacola area and it is well worth the trip.10/10
